She decides to go on a mission to break the obedience curse in order to become an independent woman.

In this movie, Anne Hathaway plays the role of a young woman trying to climb the ladder in the fashion industry. Meryl Streep plays the role of her terrifying boss who functions in a cutthroat, daunting, and intimidating manner.
