Did a Twitter thread expose more powerful people in the Ghislaine Maxwell case? Discover whether Maxwell started naming names here.

Ghislaine Maxwell hasn’t dropped pedophile politicians’ names (yet)

According to a Twitter thread on the internet, Ghislaine Maxwell outed over sixty politicians as being a part of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking ring. Per the tweets, a number of U.S. representatives were named by Maxwell as Epstein’s clients.

The tweets, using sources from bad-boys.us, names U.S. politicians who were caught with child pornography and resigned. The tweet includes the names of Democratic & Republican politicians, plus an interactive map to show their names and locations. The question remains, are these names from Ghislaine Maxwell?

Obviously, Twitter threads aren’t reliable news sources and this is no exception. Ghislaine Maxwell hasn’t released any names. She said she’s willing to cooperate with federal authorities, but it remains to be seen whether she’ll out anyone. Here’s what we know so far.

Who is Ghislaine Maxwell?

Ghislaine Maxwell is the former girlfriend of disgraced financier & multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein. Maxwell is alleged by many of Epstein’s victims to have been his “madam in chief.” She was in charge of recruiting & befriending girls for Epstein to abuse. According to the victims, she also participated in the abuse.

Ghislaine Maxwell is currently awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York. She’s pleaded not guilty and maintains her innocence. However, she’s expressed that she’s willing to cooperate with federal authorities with their ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes.

What evidence does Ghislaine Maxwell have?

While Jeffrey Epstein was alive, he allegedly videotaped his clients sexually abusing his victims. Epstein would use the footage for blackmail so these rich & powerful men would owe him “favors.” Ghislaine Maxwell may know where some of this footage can be found.

A lot of security footage & computers were seized by federal authorities after they searched Jeffrey Epstein’s property. So far, no new names have been released in connection with Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. However, Epstein’s flight dossier was leaked, which included the names of powerful people.

Victim statements implicate famous U.S. politicians and world leaders. Virginia Roberts-Guiffre named former U.S. president Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Harvard professor & attorney Alan Derschowitz as clients of Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell. The named men deny knowing about Epstein’s crimes.

What’s been released from Ghislaine Maxwell’s upcoming trial so far?

Two weeks ago, a federal judge released thousands of pages of sealed evidence in a lawsuit filed against Ghislaine Maxwell by Virginia Roberts-Guiffre for defamation. Some of these records were blocked by Maxwell’s attorneys, citing her ability to receive a fair trial.

So far, the only names released from the documents are familiar ones. Virginia Roberts-Giuffre named Glenn Dubin, Stephen Kaufmann, Prince Andrew, Jean-Luc Brunel, Bill Richardson, hotel chain owner Marvin Minsky, and an unnamed prince in her testimony as men Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell ordered her to sleep with.

Many of these names were already known in the Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell case, documented in the Netflix docuseries & James Patterson’s book Filthy Rich. So far, all named associates deny any wrongdoing.

What’s up with the Twitter thread?

None of the names listed in the Twitter thread had ties to the Jeffrey Epstein or the Ghislaine Maxwell case. They were caught & charged separately and didn’t appear in the unsealed documents. One of the cases was from 2014, before the second Epstein case began, but after Epstein was found guilty for soliciting a minor for prostitution.

Despite no connection to Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, the original poster @SubtleBodhi maintains his tweets. He tweeted: “The older cases you were unaware of still deserve your attention and do not detract from the level of filth that has infiltrated this country and the world.”

Will Ghislaine Maxwell reveal more names?

At this point, Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial isn’t set to begin until 2021. Attorneys have until November to complete “discovery,” gathering & submitting the evidence they will use in the trial. We have at least three months to find out if Maxwell will submit names as a part of the discovery phase of her case.
