Have you ever dreamed of having a personal trainer to the stars help you get fit? FitOn is the way to do just that. Trainers who have worked with hit artists Pink, Alicia Keys, and many more offer cardio, strength, HIIT, dance, yoga, pilates, barre, and much more on this free app.

Planet Fitness

One of the most well known inclusive fitness centers, Planet Fitness is offering free 30-minute workouts on their Facebook page weekdays at 7 pm ET. If you can’t make it at that time, check out their YouTube channel for on-demand classes.


HASfit stands for Heart and Soul fitness; they believe every soul deserves to be fit. This fitness website offers over 1,000 workout videos and 30- to 90-day nutrition & fitness plans with adjustments for ability levels & dietary restrictions for free.
