Chris Watts update: Did he get caught having sex with his cellmate?
Chris Watts, the 35-year-old Colorado man who was jailed for killing his wife & two daughters, is currently raising a lot of questions about his time in lockup. Watts & Dylan Tallman, a fellow inmate, were recently reprimanded after Watts’s underwear, petroleum jelly, toiletries, and books were discovered in Tallman’s cell. Reports deduced the two were involved in a sexual relationship.
But Tallman’s fiancée, Christa Richello, had a different story to tell. She recently told The Daily Mail: “(I can) definitely prove that my fiancé is not gay, and neither is Chris Watts. And I don’t believe that force of circumstance, because they were locked up, led them to have any sexual contact. Those accusations are just crazy, and I just have to laugh at it.”
So if Chris Watts & his cellmate weren’t getting it on behind bars, what was up with the underwear & petroleum jelly? Here’s what we know so far.
Just Vaseline
Christa Richello went on to provide more “evidence” via The Daily Mail Watts & Tallman weren’t having an illicit affair, stating emphatically: “The petroleum jelly is Vaseline. It’s definitely not lube, it’s Vaseline. And the boxers were brand new and clean. They weren’t ones that Chris (Watts) had used.”
She continued: “Chris (Watts) was trying to help out a friend. They spent nine months side by side, talking through the outlet for 23 hours a day and they became very friendly. One thing about Dylan, he takes forever to get ready. Everything has to match. He has to lotion up. That’s why the Vaseline was there. He uses it for his lips, he has dry skin. He likes to take pride in how he looks even in prison.”
Believing Chris Watts
Notably, Christia Richello also believes Watts is innocent of murdering his pregnant wife, Shanann, and their daughters, Bella & Celeste, a crime for which he received five life sentences in prison. Chris Watts confessed to Colorado authorities three days after he reported his wife & children missing.
Before their deaths, social media footage documented the Watts’ as a seemingly-happy family, as shown in Netflix’s American Murder: The Family Next Door.
“I watched the videos of Chris Watts with his children and his wife,” she said. “It was really difficult for me to believe clinically that he was capable of committing the crime. I wrote to him regarding getting the truth out. I told him to keep fighting and let him know that there are people that support him.”
Chris Watts’s affairs
This also isn’t the first time Watts has been suspected of being involved with another man. In a recording, a man named Trent Bolte came forward to the media & claimed the two had connected on a dating app in 2017 before beginning a relationship. “He said he didn’t know if he was bisexual or gay,” Bolte told Inside Edition.
Bolte elaborated: “Chris (Watts) said that he was in love with me. He said he had never been so comfortable with someone. He said he felt like he could actually be himself around me.” Bolte showed the cameras some text messages, one where Chris said he missed Bolte’s face. Apparently, Bolte had even met Watts’s kids.
Despite Bolte’s allegations, Chris Watts disputed the claim. “I’ve never been to Wyoming, let alone driven there to meet a person,” said the killer. Another man claimed he had had a relationship with Watts after the two met in rehab, but Watts refuted these claims as well.
As for Richello, she maintains her man is totally devoted to her. “We have talked about what our plans are for the future,” she said. “I would love to start a family with Dylan. I only have a few years left. I have no problem with homosexuality at all. But Dylan is heterosexual and Christopher’s heterosexual, I can assure you there was no sexual relationship between them.”

I believe chris watts is gay. And when his fiance said he wasnt capable of killing his family then she is wrong also. Apparently she doesnt know what a psycho path is either. Everything that cant be proven is a lie. Watts is just as capable of being gay as he is being a killer…

I can’t believe Watts has a girlfriend, and it absolutely baffles me that anyone would believe anything this man has to say. It’s impossible for anyone to claim that Watts was framed, or his confession was coerced when it was Watts who led the pice to where *he dumped the bodies*. Seriously. This girlfriend of his cellmate, as well as Watts current girlfriend, are in desperate need of psychiatric care… And that’s not a joke. I’m not making fun or belittling either woman, I’m sincerely concerned about their physical, mental, and emotional well being. The woman Watts had an affair with before he slaughtered his wife and 2 precious baby girls, has actually had to enter WitSec due to death threats. To think that any more women would waste any portion of their lives on this maggot justakes me I’ll. We get *one* life.. one. He stole the lives of those 3 precious girls, and he has stolen something from their families that can’t be replaced or even quantified. What angers me the most.. what causes me actual rage is that this parasite is protected in prison due to the nature of his crimes… Meaning that if he were to be put in general population, the men would literally tear him apart before the next mornings first sign of light. Even the men in prison have a deep disdain and intolerance for a man who would kill a child. As for Watt’s claim that he has become a Christian while incarcerated, I call BS. I know there are so very many that truly do. That turn their lives around, and even though it may not effect their sentencing or prison time, they begin to take responsibility, and they come to terms with the fact that they are paying a debt to society. Many also find work or become involved in outreach programs to further their education, or they become involved in whatever they can to improve the lives of others. Watts is still denying responsibility, and playing the victim.

The GF of the one dude is clueless. She has no idea what goes on in prison. Even if Watts was straight, gay sex happens. Watts isn’t straight though. He’s obviously gay yet a true closet case. Sure, he’s had sex with females. Many gay males do. Many straight males have done it with a male but sexual actions don’t always equal orientation. Regardless of his orientation, he’s insane.

There’s a term for sick in the head females who adore heinous murderers, it’s called hybristophilia. These women get aroused by their crime, many are sexually attracted to child rapist and killers in particular. It’s disgusting and disturbing but this dysfunction has been documented for decades. They are groupies, and many have actually helped rapists and ex-cons in their crimes, sometimes after they have been released from prison, like the Jaycee kidnapping rape case. Sexual degenerates push society into accepting them as part of the “gender spectrum”. Sane people know there is nothing normal about these types. Chris Watts should be hung for his crime and society needs to be tough on such convictions instead of coddling these sick perverts.
