Everyone the Kardashian family has cancelled over the years

The Kardashian family has dominated the sphere of celebrity and fame for decades now. As such, the family has wielded power both amongst their celebrity friends and over their numerous lauding fans who enjoy living vicariously through Kardashian shows and social media posts.

The family is known for being dramatic – hence their reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but it doesn’t always stay in the family, sometimes members of the Kardashian family get into tiffs with other celebrities. The family is then quick to defend themselves and even try to cancel other people. Here’s a look at some of their most notable disputes.

Taylor Swift

This feud started with Kanye West, but became a concern of Kim Kardashian when she began to date him & eventually marry him. Just about everyone knows West and Swift essentially became mortal enemies in 2009 when he interrupted her 2009 VMA award speech saying Beyoncé deserved the award more.

Since then their feud has made waves publicly every so often. It wasn’t helped when Kanye released a song with the lyric implying he was the reason Taylor Swift was famous because of him (obviously not, she was winning an award before the awkward award show incident).

Kim Kardashian has also released edited audio of Swift agreeing to West releasing the song lyric, however, Swift maintains she was given a different context, and was unaware she would be called a bitch in the process.

Sharon Osbourne

Osbourne once said in an interview, “If Kim [Kardashian] wants to show off her body, fine. But that’s not feminism, that’s being a ho. And there’s nothing wrong with being a ho, but always remember what you are.” Slut shaming aside, Kim Kardashian shut Sharon Osbourne down in quick time.

Kardashian said in a different interview that posting nudes for her has nothing to do with feminism, and she never has said it was. Further stating, “I think when people misquote you and then comment, it just sounds ridiculous. I post nude photos because I like how I look and I feel proud when I’ve lost all this baby weight and I post it because I feel like posting it and I feel powerful”.

Blac Chyna

Chyna used to be close with the Kardashian family, however this eventually changed when Kylie Jenner started dating Chyna’s ex, Tyga. Tyga is also the father of Chyna’s son.

Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna were throwing shade at one another for an extended period of time online, but then Chyna started dating Rob Kardashian. Only two months into the relationship the two became engaged and shortly after that announced they were expecting a child. The feud fizzled out for a while.

After the child was born Chyna and Robert broke up shortly after and their relationship devolved into an on-again-off-again situation. It eventually led up to Rob posting explicit photos of Blac Chyna online and accusing her of cheating & doing drugs. Chyna hit back with claims Rob had physically assaulted her.

Amber Rose

Amber Rose has taken shots and not just one, but two members of the Kardashian family. Rose seemingly blamed Kim Kardashian for her failed relationship with Kanye West, who Kim eventually married. Rose called Kim a “homewrecker”.

Rose also went after Kylie Jenner and Tyga’s relationship since Kylie Jenner was only 17 when the two began seeing one another. Rose was quoted saying, “He has a beautiful woman and a baby that he left for a 16-year-old who just turned 17”. While the critique may be fair, the Kardashians likely didn’t take kindly to it.

In 2016 the internet was in awe thinking the Kardashians and Rose had made amends because Kim posted an Instagram picture of herself posing with Rose saying, “Tea anyone?” However, in 2016 Rose was quoted as saying, “The only reason these girls have a career is because their older sister had a little fun on tape”, so the feud appears to still be going strong.
