The Jury, composed of Brad Mays (USA), Olga Matsyna (Italy), Roger Paradiso (USA), Dr. Teresa Mular (USA), Yuriy Konopkin (Russia), has resolved to award 28 of those films in the following categories: Feature Film, Short Film, Feature Documentary, Short Documentary, Feature Docudrama, Feature Animation, Short Animation, Feature Experimental, Short Experimental, and Music Video.
