Rudy Giuliani and his net worth are in imminent danger as the federal probe continues against the former mayor. Why is he "willing to go to prison"?

Has Rudy Giuliani lost all this net worth? Will he go to prison this year?

Ex-mayor of New York City and ex-member of President Donald Trump’s legal team, Rudy Giuliani (and his net worth) are facing imminent despair. As a federal probe into Rudy Giuliani intensifies, he’s currently facing accusations of working as a foreign agent.

Besides facing a federal probe and losing his law license, Giuliani is about to lose his entire net worth. It’s been revealed that Giuliani is struggling to afford his increasing legal fees. Also, Trump has made it clear he has no intention of helping Giuliani with any legal expenses. Things are looking fairly grim for Giuliani.

Giuliani loses his law license

On June 24, 2021, a New York appellate court suspended Giuliani’s law license. The court of five justices determined that there was “uncontroverted” evidence that Giuliani made “demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers, and the public.”

The court added, “These false statements were made to improperly bolster (Giuliani’s) narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client.”

The court decided that Rudy Giuliani’s actions “immediately threatens the public interest and warrants interim suspension from the practice of law.” Giuliani’s law license was also suspended in Washington D.C. on July 7, 2021.

Giuliana “willing to go to jail”

“I committed no crime,” said Giuliani. “And if you think I did commit a crime, you’re probably really stupid because you don’t know who I am . . . As the guy who put the mafia in jail, terrorists in jail, put [former mayor] Ed Koch’s commissioners in jail and the worst people on Wall Street, I’m not going to file [as an agent]?”

He also claimed he was “more than willing to go to jail if they want to put me in jail. And if they do, they’re going to suffer the consequences in heaven. I’m not. I didn’t do anything wrong.” Giuliani was questioned as to why he would be “willing to go to jail if he was innocent, he answered, “Because they lie, they cheat.”

Rudy Giuliani’s decreasing net worth

Giuliani is apparently going broke as the charges continue to pile up against the former attorney. Those close to Giuliani have even resorted to crowdfunding to help assist in his incurring costs. In an interesting turn of events, Trump has refused to help Giuliani financially despite being under investigation for his actions in the Trump administration.

“Trump aides have been clear they see no mechanism for paying Giuliani’s legal bills that isn’t problematic for Trump, and they think Giuliani took actions a lawyer should have known were problematic, even if the client wanted it,” said Maggie Haberman from The New York Times.

Expect to see Giuliani shift his story

Many are hoping that Trump’s cold-hearted move will help Giuliani change his story and reveal the needed information about the former president. As Trump steps away from Giuliani, people wonder if the ex-mayor will question his loyalty.

One informed source reported to CNN, “Even the most loyal people have their breaking point.” Perhaps the reality of facing prison time could aid in Giuliani deciding to cooperate against former President Donald Trump.

The source also said a shift in Giuliani’s loyalty “wouldn’t shock me at all. I think we’ve seen some more surprising instances of things like that happening, especially with Michael Cohen.” Only time will tell what ex-attorney Rudy Giuliani will do next.

Rudy Giuliani’s net worth will be non-existent if he continues to deny all allegations. What do you think will happen to the former New York City mayor and attorney? Will Rudy Giuliani turn his back on Donal Trump? Let us know in the comments below?
