In this mod, ghosts can be in relationships and get married. Of course, they can get pregnant too! Interestingly, the pregnancy won’t result in a ghost baby. You’ll have a real newborn baby to take care of.

Maybe your Sims dream of having several babies like the old woman who lived in a shoe. The Pregnancy Mega Mod will give you many little bundles of joy, even more than you can handle. This mod has resulted in triplets, quintuplets, and sextuplets. Just make sure you have plenty of room in your house. Your great big family deserves one!
