‘Selling Sunset’ season 3: Get an inside look at the beautiful houses

Location, location, location. Three words that always come to mind when in the market for your dream home. What better location than sunny Los Angeles? Netflix’s reality show Selling Sunset features some of LA’s most gorgeous & glamorous homes.

Season 3 of Selling Sunset was not only drama-filled but showcased some of the most beautiful homes from the series. We can’t help but fall in love with the extravagant properties. Let’s take a look at some of the most beautiful houses from Selling Sunset season 3.

Fennel Place

This property was amazing for a number of reasons. Amanza Smith & Heather Rae Young collaborated and brought this house to life. The three-bed, four-bath home was priced at $3.5 million due to The Oppenheim Group’s new concierge service. This concierge service was responsible for renovation and staging, which helped sell the property for even more money.

Both Amanza & Heather don’t always see eye to eye but managed to work together and sell the property. With a spacious backyard & stunning interior, it’s easy to see why this home was snatched up.

Versace Mansion

Talk about OTT, this Versace Mansion is dripping in luxury. On the market for $8,850,000, it featured five bedrooms & six bathrooms. Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, and Amanza Smith visited the extra property on a house tour.

Chrishell was flabbergasted when she saw the property and shared her thoughts during the episode. “It looked so crazy in the photos, a bunch of us have just given it the moniker of the “Versace house” just because there is so much Versace in the house; wallpaper, glasses, dishes, all these things that I never even knew Versace made.”

Alpine Drive

This 6,409 square foot property is a stunning home that everyone drooled over in season 3. On the market for $8.6 million, Alpine Drive is the perfect combination of homely & contemporary. Also, let’s not forget to mention the stunning backyard we could quite easily live in!

Alpine Drive offers five bedrooms & six bathrooms, making it a great family home with room to spare.

$75 million mansion

Davina Potratz was seen throughout Selling Sunset season 3 attempting to sell this luxurious house. Nine bedrooms & twelve bathrooms make this one of the most lavish homes that The Oppenheim Group has showcased on Selling Sunset.

Even the 2,690 guesthouse with two bedrooms & two bathrooms is a stunning accompaniment. It’s no surprise that the big price tag could be the reason for the mansion still being listed on The Oppenheim Group website.

Richard Neutra-designed home

Christine Quinn, the Selling Sunset realtor showing this gorgeous home, gave a viewing  to none other than Queer Eye star Karamo Brown. On the market for $2.9 million, this architecturally gorgeous property is guaranteed to turn heads.

This home has four bedrooms and three spacious bathrooms. Unfortunately, the property is still on the market. Now we just need to break $3 million worth of piggy banks to pay for this stunning house.
