If you’re stuck in quarantine (and you better be so we can flatten that curve), then you’re probably trying to find the motivation to work out. During this time, it’s hard to find the motivation to stay active while you stare at the same walls over and over again. Sure, there are free fitness YouTube channels or video games meant to get you active, but the world feels like such a scary place that it’s hard to find the will.
