In the newest distribution agreement for Insurgence, streaming platform Vabble (https://t.me/vabble) and Insurgence have forged an alliance to bring transparency to filmmaker earnings and their distribution chain into the cryptocurrency industry. By joining forces, the two seek to further empower independent filmmakers with clear, accessible revenue data while reshaping how films are produced and distributed in the digital era.
Insurgence is revolutionizing the independent film industry through a data-driven approach from production to distribution. With its extensive reach across YouTube generating over 200 million monthly views and millions of subscribers, Insurgence is bringing its ever-expanding library of movies to Vabble. Insurgence focuses on supporting the next generation of filmmakers by integrating production, distribution, and exhibition exclusively within the digital realm.
At the same time, Vabble is tackling similar objectives from a different angle. A decentralized streaming platform, Vabble enables filmmakers and content creators to exercise full control over their intellectual property, royalty streams, and distribution rights through blockchain. By removing intermediaries, Vabble gives filmmakers full autonomy over their work and offers precise analytics to track viewership, royalties, and audience engagement.
Vabble is a crypto-based streaming platform aimed at empowering filmmakers by decentralizing the commissioning process and allowing them to upload their own content. As a streaming service Vabble offers a wide variety of content from native WEB3 projects, film makers, and content creators, providing content providers with an alternative distribution approach from the legacy system of the Hollywood studios. Vabble’s board includes the likes of former CBS Studios sales exec Barry Chamberlain, ex-IMAX distribution chief Philip Groves, eOne marketing head Joanna Miles and former Universal Pictures EVP John C. Hall on its advisory board
Vabble’s co-founder, James O’Connor, emphasized the synergy between the two companies:
“Both Vabble and Insurgence are focused on transparency in filmmaker earnings, but we each approach the solution from different, yet complementary, directions. Vabble’s decentralized model ensures that filmmakers can retain full control of their content, from how it’s distributed to how much revenue it generates. By working asynchronously with Insurgence, we’re creating a better environment for filmmakers to thrive across multiple platforms, with data-backed transparency being the common thread. This partnership indicates a willingness of rights holders and producers to think outside the box and the need to have (or try) alternative avenues for financing and distributing movies.”
“Vabble and Insurgence are both engaged in creating a new path for independent filmmakers, one that maximizes their earnings and minimizes the transparency pitfalls inherent in traditional distribution. By combining our complimentary business models, filmmakers will be protected like never before as they increase the size of their audiences through Vabble’s extraordinary new decentralized streaming platform,” said Niccolo Messina, CEO of Insurgence.
Together, Vabble and Insurgence are paving the way for filmmakers to benefit from greater clarity on how their films are performing. The service also provides viewers with a new way to watch Insurgence’s library of movies resulting from Vabble’s ad free watch experience. Through the Vabble platform, viewers worldwide can get together and watch movies over video call, voice call, and text-based chats in real time via its decentralized streaming platform where anyone can use cryptocurrency and blockchain.
“This partnership represents a significant step forward in building a more transparent and creator-focused future in the film industry while providing viewers with a whole new way to watch our movies.” Added Messina.
