With your phone, computer, tablet, or even smart home device, you can instantly be connected to anyone in the world. And as this technology advances, one rather shady industry always seems to be following right behind.
Even since the beginning of time, man has been drawing provocative pictures on cave walls and they didn’t stop there. Porn has been following man since the beginning and has been evolving alongside us. But now, in modern times, porn is more corrupt than ever.
Despite free porn constantly being available to you, there is a price paid, just not by you.

The stories discussed in this article are directly related to the popular porn site “PornHub” and their parent company “MindGeek”. Although those sites are the main ones being discussed, it’s important to remember this issue goes beyond one company. The predatory nature of the modern porn industry is baked into the entire industry.
Missing 15-year-old girl
In October 2019, a teenage girl was missing for nearly a year when sexually explicit photos and videos of her surfaced online. To be exact, fifty-eight videos of this innocent 15-year-old girl’s sexual assault were posted on PornHub for millions to enjoy.
Some of these videos featured 30-year-old Christopher Johnson. Christopher Johnson was later arrested and the young girl was returned home.
The videos posted to the world’s largest porn site. PornHub, showed Christopher Johnson, the 30-year-old man, having sex with the 15-year-old girl, according to reports.
Despite PornHub seemingly having no affiliation with the sexual assault of the young girl, the site allowed dozens of photos & videos to be posted on their site without any proper age or consent checks.

A year ago, Rose Kalemba wrote a blog post telling the story of her being kidnapped, held at knifepoint, and forced to have sex with two grown men. Throughout the blog post, she painted a picture of feeling completely alone since no one believed her story. After videos of her rape were posted on PornHub, her situation got even worse. Shortly after they were posted, the videos spread like wildfire throughout her high school.
Three videos of her assault were posted to the platform: “teen crying and getting slapped around”, “teen getting destroyed”, and “passed out teen”. Video titles like these often appeal to mass audiences. One of the videos even reached half a million views.
Rose claims she emailed PornHub over a period of six months begging them to take these videos down. PornHub, disgustingly, did not comply.
“Please, I’m a minor, this was assault, please take it down.”, she wrote them. Even after six months of these emails being constantly sent, she received no reply and the views on the videos continued to climb.
The now 15-year-old, Rose Kalemba, had an idea. She created a new email address posing as a lawyer and emailed PornHub one more time threatening legal action. “Within 48 hours the videos disappeared”, the blog post read. This confirms PornHub read the innocent child’s plea for help and ignored it. And yet, this website still draws in 115 million visitors every day.
Since Rose Kalemba has shared her story, more women have come forward sharing similar stories.
When PornHub was asked why videos with similar titles and themes are still being permitted on their site they replied with “We allow all forms of sexual expression that follow our Terms of Use, and while some people may find these fantasies inappropriate, they do appeal to many people around the world and are protected by various freedom of speech laws.”
You read that right. This titan of a porn site defended their potentially non-consensual videos by claiming they “do appeal to many people around the world”. This is sickening and it’s time for it to end.

PornHub’s parent company, MindGeek proudly claims they’re a member of the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection, a non-profit organization that fights child-porn. But, these stories claim otherwise.
