Wondering whether UFOs are real? The upcoming documentary 'The Phenomenon' may be the source of information you're looking for.

Do you believe UFOs are real? You need to watch ‘The Phenomenon’

Do you believe that UFOs are real? Or are you on the fence about such things? Because there are objects in the sky that are unidentified, but the real question is if some of those are aliens or not. To that, most people would say, they don’t know. It’s a fair answer to take. We’d like to believe in life in the universe, but whether or not they’re intelligent? That’s a whole other set of questions.

The answer to digging in on if UFOs are real is a pretty interesting and windy path. One that is documented in an upcoming documentary called The Phenomenon. Even if you don’t believe in the existence of aliens, this should be something to check out. Maybe you’ll get a better understanding of why people do what they do and how the study of UFOs and aliens has evolved over the decades.

What is The Phenomenon about?

The Phenomenon is a UFO documentary that takes an expansive look at 70 years’ worth of history regarding investigations into the existence of aliens and UFOs. It goes right up to the latest and most recent discoveries in UFOlogy. It’s directed by James Fox, who also did the UFO doc I Know What I Saw. Fox and Marc Barasch also wrote the film as well.

The Phenomenon features, according to The Hollywood Reporter, “never-before-seen archival footage and interviews with key eyewitnesses, experts and officials, including former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, President Clinton’s White House chief of staff John Podesta, former Deputy Undersecretary for Defense Intelligence Christopher Mellon, and former U.S. Energy Secretary and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson.”

Also joining in on the interviews is Jacques Vallee, who served as a scientific consultant on Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Peter Coyotes, who was in E.T., will narrate the film, which is produced by Fox and Ready Player One producer, Dan Farah.

That sounds like a lot of high-up U.S. government officials

Yes! Yes, it is. They’re pretty open about talking about the reality of UFOs’ existence. As Chris Mellon, former United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence at the U.S. Department of Defense, said:

“I can’t think of a better way for people to begin educating themselves on this long-neglected issue than watching The Phenomenon. The film provides a badly needed remedy for the unwarranted stigma that for too long has prevented government and academia from taking this important topic seriously.”

Needless to say, it sounds like the most serious UFO documentary that you should check out. Because there are a lot of big names involved in it. Maybe, it’ll change some hardcore skeptics minds. Or temper some of the most fervent believers.

When will it be released?

Originally, The Phenomenon was going to be released in theatres Fall 2020. Due to COVID-19, that theatrical release has turned into a digital one. So if you want to check out The Phenomenon, then check wherever you can rent movies digitally on Oct. 6.
