Did Hilaria Baldwin give birth to her newest child after 5 months?

A source officially confirmed to Page Six that Hilaria Baldwin & Alec Baldwin have a new addition to their happy family, welcoming their sixth child into their life recently. Sixth child

So how was the news of another child by Hilaria Baldwin & Alec Baldwin revealed? Well, thirty-seven-year-old Hilaria was the first to announce this news herself on Monday. The author, podcaster, and yoga instructor took to Instagram to post a picture of her newly improved large family. 

The adorable photo she posted showed off her baby lying alongside five-month-old Eduardo. Also pictured was two-year-old son Romeo Alejandro David, four-year-old son Leonardo Ángel Charles, five-year-old son Rafael Thomas, seven-year-old Carmen Gabriela, and of course, Hilaria Baldwin herself. 

In the Instagram caption of the photo, Hilaria Baldwin wrote: “7”, and then added a red heart emoji next to it, indicating that her lovely family grew with a new child. The seventh child who was not pictured would be the twenty-five-year-old daughter also shared between Alec Baldwin & Hilaria Baldwin, who’s named Ireland. This adorbs news comes just five months after Baldwin gave birth to Eduardo.

The two share five of those seven children together. Page Six noted that: “The comments under Hilaria’s Instagram post have been turned off, but niece Hailey Baldwin liked the photo”. Alec Baldwin reposted the cute pic of him and his family and captioned it with: “Mi vida”, which translates to “my life”. Isn’t that adorable? A rep for Hilaria Baldwin declined to comment more about the news of the child. 

Lucia 

On Tuesday, Hilaria Baldwin announced to the world the name of her new child: Lucia. She posted an absolutely adorable picture of the baby sleeping and included the caption: “We are so in love with our daughter, Lucia. Just like your brothers and sisters, you are a dream come true 🤍”. A source also told PEOPLE that the baby was brought into this world through surrogate. 

When Hilaria Baldwin spoke to PEOPLE last November, she stressed that “during times of COVID, it very much feels like we’re done”, when asked about the idea of expanding her family. “Everybody’s asking me this question. I don’t know. I’ve said in the past that I was done when I wasn’t done. I think, right now, I’m so tired. And I feel, just with COVID — it’s just insanity”.

Clearly, the idea wasn’t that insane since just months after she said that the fitness guru welcomed a new child into her life. And it seems like her and Alec Baldwin are already head over heels obsessed with their adorable new baby. We definitely can’t blame them either. I mean, just look at how cute Lucia is! 

Responding to hate

Considering that Hilaria Baldwin has faced quite a bit of controversy since she faced a scandal over her non-existent Spanish heritage which made her have to take a break from social media, the news came with some haters from other folks. While comments have been blocked on Hilaria’s posts, people have been coming to Alec’s re-post on Instagram to share their negative opinions. 

However, Alec has not been one to back down or shy away from standing up for him, his wife, and his family. He has been responding to all the hate with the same energy. When a user accused them of clickbait and said “raise your 100 children in private”, Alec responded with: You should shut the f*ck up and mind your own business”.
