The cast of 'Selling Sunset' is dropping hints on what to expect in season 4. Here's everything we know about the role Romain Bonnet will play in season 4.

‘Selling Sunset’ season 4: Will we get to see more of Romain Bonnet?

Many fans were excited when Selling Sunset agent Christine Quinn revealed there was going to be a season 4 and that might be the “juiciest season ever.” Unfortunately, fans have to test their patience & wait it out until August 2021 when season 4 of Selling Sunset premieres. (Yes, a whole year, we’re sad too.)

Switch out that tub of ice cream you’re crying over for a bowl of popcorn while we give you the latest on season 4 of Selling Sunset. Luckily, the cast of the reality series also can’t wait for the series to premiere as they have been dropping a few hints on what to expect in the new season – this time our focus is Romain Bonnet.

Same face, new role

Prepare to see some more of the handsome Frenchman Romain Bonnet in Selling Sunset as he confirmed he will appear on season 4 of the Netflix reality series. However, fans will be shocked to see Bonnet has not returned as an agent but has taken on a different role . . . .

Bonnet has appeared on Selling Sunset since season 1 due to his marriage to real estate agent Mary Fitzgerald. During an interview with LIT Entertainment, he revealed that he’d been working more with Selling Sunset’s real estate company, The Oppenheim Group.

“You’re definitely going to be seeing me this season. But not as an agent. I’ve been working a lot with the Oppenheim Group as a project manager.” He added: “We’ve been doing a lot of remodelling, before clients want to sell their house, or right away after they buy it, before they move in. We’ve been working a lot with them. So you’re definitely going to be seeing me on the show, but not as an agent.”

Growing tension

Besides taking on a more prominent role, fans also learned that the relationship between Bonnet’s wife Mary Fitzgerald and realtor Davina Potratz hasn’t improved. In fact, Bonnet doesn’t seem to like Potratz either whom he claimed was a “negative” person towards him and Mary.

“I don’t want to have anything to do with her anymore. For me, the way she treats us as a couple and me as a man – you should never do something like that to someone you call a friend,” he said.

“If someone can do that, I don’t want to have anything to do with that person anymore. She can do as she wants, as long as she doesn’t interfere with my life.”

Season 3 of Selling Sunset didn’t end so well between Mary & Potratz after they clashed when speaking about Chrishell & Justin’s divorce during Christine Quinn’s wedding. (Probably not the best place to start a fight.)

The anticipation is killing us

Broken relationships & tension definitely call for some drama, and that’s exactly what fans are hoping to expect on season 4 of Selling Sunset.

There isn’t an exact date set for season 4; however, cast member Jason Oppenheim stated the COVID-19 pandemic probably wouldn’t affect the show.

“I don’t anticipate the coronavirus having too much of an effect. I don’t foresee any restrictions on filming because I think that we’re all together anyway, most of us. We’re interacting already, so I don’t think we’re at much risk simply having cameras around,” he stated during an interview with Metro.

Season 4 of Selling Sunset definitely has a lot in store for fans who must remain calm & patient until the season premiere sometime around August 2021. We can do it!
