The love story between Amelia Hamlin & Scott Disick has officially come to an end. The first time the couple was spotted together was in October 2020, right after he stopped dating Sofia Richie. Although Hamlin & Disick were slow to post each other on social media to give the world their “Instagram official” label, they were spending a lot of quality time together.
They hung out together at Kendall Jenner‘s Halloween-themed twenty-fifth birthday bash and things sort of escalated from there. Several PDA-filled dates caught by paparazzi showed the general public just how close they were getting early on.
They’ve got an eighteen-year age gap but for Disick, dating with an age gap is the norm. Most of his girlfriends are between the ages of eighteen & twenty-two, while he’s in his thirties. So why did Hamilton call things off with him and is the relationship over for good?
Amelia Hamlin’s decision
Amelia Hamlin knew the right thing to do would be cutting Scott Disick off after the Kourtney Kardashian debacle he got himself into on Instagram recently.
He sent a DM to Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima, hoping to partake in some mutual ex-bashing & slut-shaming. Younes wanted no part in it and ended up posting the screenshots for the world to analyze.
In the message, Disick wrote, “Yo, is this chick OK!??? Brooo like what is this. In the middle of Italy”. He was commenting on a picture of Kardashian on vacation with her new boyfriend Travis Barker. They were super affectionate on a boat together and in all seriousness, Kardashian’s time with Barker shouldn’t have been on Disick’s mind at all.
Younes replied saying, “Doesn’t matter to me as long as she’s happy. PS. I ain’t your bro”. This obviously isn’t a good look for Disick who should have been spending his time worried about Hamlin instead of Kardashian. According to The Hollywood Gossip, Hamlin decided to end things by cutting off all communication with Disick.

It’s highly unlikely that Amelia Hamlin will be interested in taking Scott Disick back after he’s publicly embarrassed her in such an annoying way. It seems he is not anywhere near over his feelings for Kourtney Kardashian and that being said, no one wants to be considered a rebound.
Hamlin isn’t necessarily a direct rebound since Disick has dated plenty of other girls in between his relationship with Kardashian coming to an end, but it’s clear he still has feelings for Kardashian since he’s commenting on her new relationship with Travis Barker so harshly.
Hamlin is twenty years old this year and has the whole world ahead of her at this point in time. She can truly date anyone she wants who might interest her in the Hollywood industry.
