Nate & Kara Buchanan are husband & wife and full-time travel YouTubers. The social media travel couple calls Nashville their home on the rare occasion they aren’t out exploring the world. Kara & Nate set off in 2016 with a goal of visiting 100 countries by 2019. According to Insider, the couple’s nomadic ways began when they planned to travel the world with their savings of $35,000 in 2016.
Their initial plan was to travel for a year or until the savings dried up. At the time, the two were managing wedding videography gigs and decided to use their know-how to chronicle their journey on YouTube. Six months after Kara & Nate started their voyage, the couple realized that they enjoyed traveling too much to end after just one year.
However, international travel restrictions during the pandemic halted Kara & Nate’s expeditions. But the pair took the limitations in stride and accommodated their wanderlust by purchasing a converted sprinter van and using it to explore their home country. NOMADasaurus
Crossing continents without flying & living the backpacker’s life all the while documenting their journey in breathtaking pictures, Alesha Bradford & Jarryd Salem of @NOMADasaurus certainly have what it takes to be a social media traveler. The Australia-based couple launched their travel blog to record their travel from Asia to Africa – a journey they made without flying.
According to Business Insider, the duo left Australia to backpack from Thailand to South Africa without taking a single flight in 2014, and since then they’ve spent most of their time on the road, traveling everywhere from Mongolia to Vietnam to Tajikistan. Eric Stoen is an amateur photographer & travel influencer who documents his travels with his wife and three children.
