The results published showed that Sky Broadband, Virgin Media and EE Broadband made their customers satisfied most of the time. Imagine lodging a complaint or asking for assistance from a service provider whose customer service representatives are friendly and eager to go above and beyond to address your situation. 

This is a dream. When you read reviewers about ISP and their customer service reputation, you can choose an ISP who is given great reviewers. Then you can expect an internet service provider to be geared up for the task of helping their customers with very little call waiting time when you try to call up customer services.

Despite the lag in recent years in terms of addressing complaints. Virgin Media was mentioned as one of the service providers that people would recommend to their friends.

Smaller companies such as Zen have been thriving since it has been receiving rave reviews about its phenomenal customer service. People want to feel content with their internet service provider’s ability to interact with customers and answer questions or attend to queries.

Bad customer services from internet service providers

Quite sadly enough, the survey showed that BT Broadband had received the most complaints in terms of customer service. PlusNet users complained that call waiting time to get hold of a customer services representative was highly unbearable. Talk Talk showed a drop in overall customer satisfaction in recent years.

The reputation precedes the name so it is important to check the reputation of a service provider first before you sign the deal.
