Did Tom Holland and Zendaya find love in ‘Spider-Man’? Peek at the PDA
The world literally lost its s%!+ last week after photos surfaced of both Tom Holland & Zendaya kissing in a car. The pair, who have already co-starred in two Marvel Spider-Man films and are set to make an appearance once more in this December’s Spider-Man: No Way Home have been linked together before in the past, because, quite frankly, which on-screen couple hasn’t? But is this officially the beginning of Tomdaya?
Call it the Spider-Man “curse”, or, since it involves Zendaya a “blessing”, as it appears that if you’re lucky enough to land the role of Spider-Man, then you will most likely be dating your female co-star at some point in your career. This rings true to Tobey Maguire & Kristen Dunst, who were previously linked for a short period of time, as well as Andrew Garfield & Emma Stone, who had dated for several years.
Now it appears that both Tom Holland & Zendaya are up to bat, showcasing their young love; it only makes sense, given their on-screen chemistry as well a quick rise to stardom. Will this interracial couple be at the center of everyone’s adoration in the next few months? And, if so, will Tomdaya be able to handle their newly published size love, even if the exposure of it was at the hands of the paparazzi? Let’s swing in.
Tomdaya PDA
Last Thursday, the Spider-Man pair confirmed their off-screen romance with a passionate kiss more like a make out session in Los Angeles, California. Tom Holland & Zendaya were cruising along in the Spider-Man actor’s $125,000 sport’s Audi, and were snapped kissing while stopped at a red light.
Even more romantic? Page Six reported how the Cherry actor, who’s only twenty-five, gently leaned in to hold Zendaya’s face, who’s only twenty-four herself. Holland then reportedly began to stare lovingly into the beautiful eyes of the Greatest Showman actress and began to caress her chin. This scene of PDA reportedly took place in the silver lake neighborhood of L.A., where Zendaya’s mother currently lives.
Tom Holland & Zendaya have both been linked in the past, ever since their debut in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. However, while some insiders have claimed over the years of this couple’s secret spidey fling, both Spider-Man stars have debunked these claims. Looks like all we needed was the dirty deeds of the paparazzi to confirm what we already know. But will their new love make the next Spider-Man even better?
Spider-Man: No Way Home
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to swing into theaters this December, and will be the third MCU film released in 2021, just behind this week’s Black Widow as well as the upcoming Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings. It will be followed by the much-anticipated Eternals project, proving that the MCU is still in full speed now that the global pandemic is slowing down thanks to a slew of effective vaccines.
While the world still knows very little about the actual plot of Spider-Man: No Way Home, we can surely speculate that this film will dip into the multiverse, given how not only Doctor Strange is set to lace ’em up in the third film of this Spider-Man trilogy but how we are also set to see Jamie Foxx return as Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 as well as Alfred Molina is Doc Ock from 2004’s Spider-Man 2.
On top of all of this, the world finally knows that Peter Parker is indeed Spider-Man, thanks to a news release by J. Jonah Jameson due to a tip he received from Mysterio at the tail end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Lucky for fans, the blossoming on-screen romance of both Peter Parker & MJ is now all the more believable thanks to the confirmation of real-life couple Tom Holland & Zendaya. This works out perfectly!
