Megan Fox in 2020: She deserves an apology and career success now
Megan Fox rose to fame after the debut of Michael Bay’s Transformers in 2007. Honestly she’s been in many iconic roles over the years and we can’t help but stan. 2020 has been no one’s year and that includes Megan Fox. It’s about time she gets the apology she deserves.
Fox has been in the public eye not only for her acting, but also her personal life. The thirty-four year old actress now has three children with ex-husband Brian Green.
Megan Fox’s role in Transformers boosted her profile. She was even named “sexiest woman alive” – but this came with baggage. Here’s why Megan Fox deserves an apology.
Jimmy Kimmel interview
In 2009, Megan Fox appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show in a now-famous interview discussing her career. Megan revealed that Transformers wasn’t the first time that she had worked with Michael Bay.
At just fifteen years old, Fox walked onto the set of Bad Boys 2 wearing nothing but a revealing bikini & heels. In the interview, Megan goes on to say that Bay had her stand underneath a waterfall while wearing the outfit.
It’s just all kinds of wrong.
Jennifer’s Body deserved more
Jennifer’s Body is iconic. There’s no two ways about it. So when people started criticizing the film and also Megan Fox, it took a toll on Fox’s health. Megan played the role of Jennifer in the film and we have to say she was phenomenal. However not everyone would agree.
The film’s marketing campaign was hypersexualized (as are a lot of campaigns) and this caused Fox to retreat. Megan Fox said in an interview with ET: “I didn’t want to be seen. I didn’t want to have to take a photo, do a magazine, walk a carpet. I didn’t want to be seen in public at all.”
Megan went on to say: “Even though I consider myself a feminist, I feel like feminists don’t want me to be a part of their group,” she said. Every woman deserves their chance to speak up against wrongdoings, and celebrities are no exception.

Megan may have been named the sexiest woman alive but that isn’t to say she’s just that and nothing more. Fox has not been one to shy away from standing up against those who’ve wronged her. When discussing her personal issues, Fox felt as if she wasn’t allowed to be feeling the way she was.
In the same interview with ET: “I was speaking out and saying, ‘Hey, these things are happening to me and they’re not OK,’ and everyone was like, ‘Oh well, f*** you. We don’t care, you deserve it.’ Because everybody talked about how you looked or how you dressed or the jokes you made.”

Micheal Bay & Megan Fox haven’t been friends for a very long time and with good reason. Bay has trash-talked Megan in Hollywood over her recent interviews. An open letter was released addressing Megan’s comments surrounding Bay’s directing.
“Michael found this shy, inexperienced girl, plucked her out of total obscurity thus giving her the biggest shot of any young actresses’ life. [ . . . ] She was the next Angelina Jolie, hooray! Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she’s no Angelina. You see, Angelina is a professional.”
“We know this quite intimately because we’ve had the tedious experience of working with the dumb-as-a-rock Megan Fox on both Transformers movies. [. . .] When facing the press, Megan is the queen of talking trailer trash and posing like a porn star. And yes we’ve had the unbearable time of watching her try to act on set, and yes, it’s very cringe-able. So maybe, being a porn star in the future might be a good career option.”
This open letter continues for quite some time, ripping Megan Fox & her acting career to shreds. Yes, Transformers catapulted Megan Fox’s career, but she was quite well-known from her acting career of six years prior.
Michael Bay denied he had any participation in the letter since.

If seeing her act was cringeworthy, why give her the part? Wasn’t it Bay’s intention to have action, cars and eyecandy? The only thing cringeworthy here is Bay’s behavior. For someone who claims what professionalism looks like, he seems to fail miserably.
As for the women telling her she cannot be a part of a fight concerning equality and acceptance… Great job! To achieve something, you don’t have to become an example yourself apparently.

This Bay guy seems like a real goob. But, I have to say, Megan has gone out of her way to be known for one thing and that’s her sex appeal. So its a bit late to be putting yourself out there like that and overtly, time snd time again (like wearing a bathing suit to the set at 15)… Dont do that… maybe? And then expecting people to hand you a career. You chose where it started. You over-sexualized yourself. Maybe don’t do that if you want to be taken seriously.

Oh for God sake get over yourself. She’s a mildly entertaining at best, of which there are many other younger more hungry actors available. She’s done nothing even b-list in 13 years for one reason, she’s not impressed anyone to the point of saying she’s a must-have. Those who make the decisions have said “PASS”. If you don’t like the casting decisions then make your own little studio, and produce your own movies, and then you can give her all the roles you can afford. Until then, stop pretending you’re in a position to demand who is owed success.

Megan has done nothing wrong, and that infamous open letter should be investigated and whoever is found responsible for it deserves public scorn and after that, a real serious beating. She was just a teenager when she started and those who put her in front of camera did so just ’cause she looks hot, they weren’t concerned at all for about her acting skills or experience. She’s NOT (DEFINELY NOT) “Dumb as a rock”, whoever wrote that is sad and pathetic, either a jealous female or some faggot, in any case a MAJOR LOOSER. Megan is smart and depending on the situation and how she’s being treated, she can be real charming as well. Hollywood bosses are seriously missing out by no casting her anymore, she is well loved by lots of people all around this planet, and nothing loosers and haters ever do will change that.
