Honoring the best in Switzerland and beyond

While the UNOFEX Swiss Film Awards’s name may imply it’s focused on Sweedish filmmakers, it’s here to honor not only their great work, but the work of filmmakers across all of Europe. At the end of the day, the festival awards those filmmakers who show outstanding achievement in their craft, no matter where they’re from.

Since the UNOFEX Swiss Film Awards is digital for the 2021 edition, it’s easier than ever to participate in this year’s event. If you submit your film by April 30th, 2021, you have a chance to participate in the digital awards night on May 28th, 2021.

Golden ticket to the big show

If you participate in the 2021 UNOFEX Swiss Film Awards, you’re going up against some of the top talent across all of Europe. If you’re lucky enough to score a nomination in one of the twenty categories, you’re automatically qualified for the 2021 UNOFEX International Film Awards.

Better yet, if you’re able to take home one of the twenty prizes available, you’ll be walking away with prize money, promotion from UNOFEX on their platform & partner websites, and an automatic entry into the UNOFEX International Film Awards. As in, you don’t need to resubmit, you’re automatically heading to the big show in NYC if you win.
