New study reveals best zodiac sign love 2027 is Aquarius
A California Psychics study of 2027 planetary positions found Aquarius holds the highest Love Potential Score for starting romance. The October 2026 forecast ranked zodiac signs by likelihood of finding love, with Aquarius leading due to consistent planetary support in houses tied to partnership and intimacy.
Researchers calculated scores by tracking Venus, Jupiter and Mars daily positions across all 365 days using Astrodienst ephemeris tables for 2027. They followed each planet through the fifth, seventh and eighth houses of every sign, applying heavier weight to Venus and Jupiter than to Mars while counting retrograde and direct days equally, including Jupiter retrograde from January 1 to April 13. Days spent in a sign's first house also contributed to the final Love Potential Score from 0 to 100.
The full rankings list Aquarius first at 100 with 74 Venus days, 365 Jupiter days, 196 Mars days and an 18.5 first-house score for March 2 to March 26; Aries second at 69 with 79 Venus days, 207 Jupiter days, 174 Mars days and 12.0 first-house score for April 21 to May 14; Taurus third at 68 with 107 Venus days, 158 Jupiter days, 198 Mars days and 12.5 first-house score for November 2 to November 25; Capricorn fourth at 64 with 73 Venus days, 207 Jupiter days, 82 Mars days and 34.0 first-house score for May 15 to June 8; Pisces fifth at 59 with 73 Venus days, 158 Jupiter days, 163 Mars days and 12.5 first-house score for September 15 to October 8; followed by Leo at 49, Virgo at 43, Gemini at 36, Cancer at 31, Libra at 20, Sagittarius at 20 and Scorpio at 18.
Aquarius earned the perfect 100 score because Jupiter remains in its houses of partnership and intimacy for every day of 2027. The sign also records 74 Venus days and 196 Mars days, with the strongest window opening March 2 to March 26 when Venus enters the sign itself alongside Jupiter and Mars in the seventh house.
Aries placed second with a Love Potential Score of 69. Jupiter occupies its fifth house for 207 days while Mars adds 174 days of influence, creating extended romantic opportunities. The optimal period runs April 21 to May 14 when Venus joins the alignment.
Taurus finished third at 68, one point behind Aries, after recording the highest Mars presence at 198 days in love houses. The sign also logs 107 Venus days and 158 Jupiter days, with the prime window set for November 2 to November 25 when all three planets occupy favorable positions.
Capricorn ranked fourth with a score of 64. Jupiter spends 207 days in the eighth house of intimacy and bonding, and the most favorable dates fall between May 15 and June 8 when Venus moves directly into the fifth house.
Pisces closed the top five at 59. Jupiter resides in its seventh house of partnerships for 158 days while Mars contributes 163 days, producing the strongest window from September 15 to October 8.
