Why are fans judging Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher’s parenting now?
Celebrities’ parenting skills have always been scrutinized. It’s the price of fame, we guess. Well, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have been able to avoid much of the limelight these days due to their focus on parenting. However, after a shocking reveal on Dax Shepard and Monica Padman’s podcast Armchair Expert, the couple have caused a heated online debate.

Kutcher & Kunis reveal their personal bathing habits
Podcast host/actor Shepard brought up the debate with co-host Padman: should you be washing your body with soap? Shepard argued, “You should not be getting rid of all the natural oil on your skin with a bar of soap every day. It’s insane.”
Surprisingly, Padman became the minority when Ashton Kutcher and Milas Kunis revealed that they sided with Shepard. Kunis replied, “I don’t wash my body with soap every day. But I wash pits and tits and holes and soles.”
Of course, Kutcher revealed that he also shares the sentiment of anti-soap. He explained, “I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever. I got a bar of Lever 2000 that just delivers every time. Nothing else.”
As most would likely react, Padman was in shock. She exclaimed, “I can’t believe I’m in the minority here of washing my whole body in the shower. Who taught you to not wash?”
For Ukraine-born actress Mila Kunis, showering everyday was not even an option. The actress revealed, “I didn’t have hot water growing up as a child, so I didn’t shower very much anyway.”
Passing down their showering habits
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have two kids, Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher & Dimitri Portwood Kutcher, who probably bathe even less than their parents. “When I had children,” she said, “I also didn’t wash them every day. I wasn’t the parent that bathed my newborns—ever.”
Dax Shepard shared that he and his wife Kristen Bell bathe their kids on a not-so-regular basis too. The couple once washed their newborns as a nighttime routine, but not anymore. The actor said, “We could care less about their cleanliness. We haven’t washed them since. It’s been like six years.”
Mila Kunis agreed wholeheartedly and jokingly replied, “That’s how we feel about our children. We’re like, ‘Oof, something smells.’” Kutcher then added, “Here’s the thing—if you can see the dirt on ‘em, clean ‘em. Otherwise, there’s no point.”

As you can imagine, this revelation spurred some hilarious memes on Twitter. Of course, the reveal became twisted from the couple bathing without soap to not bathing themselves or their children at all. Honestly, is there a difference between the two?

One Twitter user posted, “Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis treat their kids like I treat my jeans.” Well, at least we can agree on one point: why bother with washing jeans on a regular basis? However, it seems that most Twitter users are agreeing that the famous couple’s bathing habits are fairly nasty.

Many are holding a moment of silence for all the people who unknowingly visited the Kutcher/Kunis household. Perhaps the famous couple are exaggerating their perspective on cleanliness. Well, at least we can hope this is the case.
