Emily Watson joins ‘The Drive’ as executive producer

Variety reports that two-time Oscar nominee Emily Watson has joined the short film “The Drive” as executive producer.

Watson is lending her support to husband-and-wife filmmaking team David Arrow and Amber Paul as the Oscar-qualified project enters awards season.

The film is set on a warm November afternoon in the early 1960s and is inspired by the JFK assassination.
