Bang Bros vs Mia Khalifa: Who is telling the truth about her net worth?
Sports commentator and former porn star Mia Khalifa has pulled out all the stops to drag BangBros down to its knees. A few weeks after the company exposed the adult film actress for allegedly lying about her earnings, the TikTok star slapped back at the company for not being truthful about the money they owed her.
Contract kerfuffle
Khalifa shared a video in her Instagram Stories that gave a glimpse of her BangBros contract in the porn industry. Khalifa claimed that she should have earned more than $59,000 for the videos that she produced while working for the company. However, she has been insisting that she only made $12,000 for the work she did during her time with BangBros.
Khalifa also shared the amount she used to get for webcamming and her stint as a social media manager for BangBros. She claimed that she used to get $1,500 for being the social media manager and an additional $3,300 for webcamming.
Khalifa concluded the video by giving the middle finger to BangBros and wrote that “child porn mongers” are trying to discredit the woman who is exposing them for abusing a plethora of women that have previously worked with the company. “But let’s side with the child porn mongers trying to discredit the first woman exposing their abuse against the countless women – Incels,” Khalifa wrote along with the video.
Tops on TikTok
Khalifa joined TikTok at the start of 2020 and has already become a popular personality on the platform. She already has 7.8 million followers and over 51.9 million likes in total on her social networking platforms. The American model was quite private on her social media before, but has always been a popular social media personality.
Braving bullies
Born in Beirut and raised Catholic in Maryland, Khalifa was bullied in high school for being “the darkest & weirdest girl there” and this discrimination intensified following the September 11 attacks. After attending the Massanutten Military Academy, she moved to Texas for college and graduated with a BA degree in History.
While studying, Khalifa worked as a bartender & model, even doing a stretch as a briefcase girl on a local Spanish version of the Deal or No Deal game show. She then moved to Miami, was approached to become a nude model, and accepted.
Porn productions
Mia Khalifa became a porn star for BangBros in 2014, and soon caused controversy for wearing a hijab in an adult scene, although the producer claimed that this was an attempt to “embrace” her ethnicity, not “exploit” it. The negativity had not been anticipated.
Because of the scandal, more & more people searched for Khalifa’s videos and she was voted the no. 1 porn star on PornHub the same year. As a result, she received a number of death threats after some in the Middle East branded her “a disgrace” to her country.
International uproar
One Twitter user sent Khalifa a manipulated photo of herself in an orange jumpsuit being held by Jihadi John, the ISIS militant who was involved in a number of beheadings in 2015, with the caption “coming soon”. Another threatened that her head “will be cut soon”, while one other said that she would be “the first person in Hellfire”. Khalifa responded, “I’ve been meaning to get a little tan recently.”
Khalifa revealed in an interview with Playboy that the negative attention she had received “was an eye-opener for me. I don’t want any of this, whether it’s positive or negative – but all of it was negative. I didn’t get too much into it about how my friends & family & relationships were suffering”.
Real net worth
Khalifa’s current net worth sits at approximately $4 million. A bit of a car fanatic, Khalifa a BMW I8 Coupe, a Bentley Continental GT, and an Audi R8 Spyder. She also owns a huge home in Texas, and currently lives in the Los Angeles home she co-owns with husband Robert Sandberg.
