International Conspiracy Thriller Series ‘CABAL’ in the Works from Privilege Pictures, Lucky 6 Productions, and Lux Angeles Studios

Privilege Pictures, Lucky 6 Productions, Lux Angeles Studios, Shanlei West Productions, and 3Century Entertainment are teaming up on CABAL, a high-stakes international thriller series based on the true-life experiences of former French Riviera Chief of Police Joel Mercier.

The eight-part television event will dramatize Mercier’s covert investigations into a powerful shadow network believed to be orchestrating violence and corruption on a global scale—from organized crime to media manipulation, religious exploitation, and political deceit.

Mercier, who serves as creator and executive producer, brings firsthand insight into the secret operations of international law enforcement and intelligence communities.

The series is being shepherded by a veteran team of producers including Valerie Bertrand of Shanlei West Productions, who was pivotal in the project’s development, alongside executive producers Phillip B. Goldfine (Lawman, True Justice), Binh Dang, and Matthew Macur of Lux Angeles Studios.

Also on board as executive producers and writers are Victoria Kinkade and Brandon Clutton of Lucky 6 Productions, who have adapted Mercier’s life story into a gripping, globe-spanning narrative designed to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
