Golden Globes deny ‘Michael’ bid for comedy or musical categories

Variety reports that the Golden Globes rejected Lionsgate's submission of the Michael Jackson biopic "Michael" for the comedy or musical categories.

The music of "Michael" is bringing some drama with this decision, which places the film starring Jaafar Jackson as the King of Pop into the drama category.
