Spotify strikes content licensing deal with Believe for AI remixing tool

According to Variety, Spotify struck a licensing deal covering content with Believe, an independent music company based in France, in advance of the streaming service's upcoming AI remixing tool.

The agreement also covers Believe’s digital distribution division TuneCore.

Spotify’s deal with Believe is the latest in a series of agreements with music companies for the tool, after those with Universal Music Group and Merlin.
