Ron Koslow, ‘Beauty and the Beast’ creator, dies at 81

According to Variety, Ron Koslow was 81 when he died on Oct. 7 at his Brentwood, California home, his family confirmed. He produced and created the CBS television series “Beauty and the Beast.”

Koslow was born on April 9, 1945, and raised between St. Louis and Los Angeles.
