Nicholas Trutanich takes over as Fox general counsel

According to Variety, Fox Corp. announced that chief legal and policy officer Adam Ciongoli will not renew his contract and will step down from the role effective Dec. 1.

Following his departure, Ciongoli will act as special adviser to the company until June 2028.

Nicholas Trutanich, currently Fox Corp.’s executive vice president and principal deputy general counsel, will become general counsel.
