According to Huffington Post, Meghan Markle news has been extremely quiet since she & her husband Prince Harry stepped down from their royal duties in early 2020. The royal couple moved to California and continued their charity work and subtle moments in the public eye.
Meghan Markle has gone from Duchess to actress in a flash! And although she’s been out of the limelight, we can still reminisce about all Markle’s top outfits in & out of isolation. Here are our favorites.
Coat fever
According to Insider, during one of Meghan Markle’s first appearances in 2020, she wore a gorgeous ensemble: a Massimo Dutti midi-skirt with a cozy, brown Reiss coat & Catherine Zoraida earrings. Markle added a striking pair of Jimmy Choo pumps making this look complete perfection!
Dressed for success
Glamour magazine reported Meghan Markle wore a navy crepe Scanlan Theodore dress at an Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) event in March 2020. Markle spoke on behalf of the Royal Family to scholarship winners & prestige academics at the ACU.
Royal blue
In one of Meghan Markle’s most iconic outfits of the year, she & Prince Harry attended the Endeavour Fund Awards on March 5th 2020. Huffington Post reported the couple looked dashing in various shades of blue while walking in the rain to attend one of their final royal events. Meghan Markle wore a body-fitted turquoise Victoria Beckham dress paired with the perfect black pumps.
Fire festival
Per Town and Country, on March 9th 2020, Meghan Markle stood in a flaming red dress from Safiyaaa alongside Prince Harry in his royal attire. Markle wore matching red Aquazzura heels with a velvet Manola Blahnik clutch. To end off her Mountbatten Music Festival look, Markle added a pair of Simone Rocha dangly earrings with her hair neatly pulled back.
Waving the green flag
On Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s last day of official royal duties, the royal couple attended the Commonwealth Day in London, England on March 9th 2020. Markle wore a green Emilia Wickstead cape-dress with a nude stiletto by Aquazzura. Attached to the gorgeous green ensemble she held a cute black Gabriela Hearst handbag.
According to Harper’s Bazaar, Meghan Markle didn’t join the traditional walk to Westminster Abbey like the rest of the royals, but she still looked fabulous as she left the Commonwealth Day event with her William Chambers fascinator and the green light to her new life.
Bold speech
On July 14th, Meghan Markle wore a bold blue top while speaking alongside other female influencers like Hilary Clinton & Priyanka Chopra for the annual Girl Up Leadership Summit. Town & Country reported that the viewership included approximately 40,000 people over 172 countries.
Meghan Markle had her dark hair straightened with dark eye makeup & a nude lip. Fans were also happy to see Markle wearing a stunning Cartier Love bracelet when she momentarily pulled her hair to the side of her face.
Mommy Meghan
Blue might be Meghan Markle’s favorite color as she wore a casual denim shirt with her sleeves rolled up on May 6th. Markle was captured reading a storybook to her baby son, Archie with Prince Harry filming every glowing moment. Motherhood looks good on Meghan!
