Jaafar Jackson’s ‘Michael’ tops $1 billion worldwide

According to Variety, two years before any footage was shot for the film, Jaafar Jackson compiled a list of goals that included beating the global box office of Bohemian Rhapsody by crossing the one-billion-dollar mark.

He achieved that objective as Antoine Fuqua's movie opened on April 24 and set the record for the highest-grossing biopic ever released.
