The first feature film from Sarah Adina Smith, Buster’s Mal Heart follows the story of an eccentric mountain man on the run. Haunted by the dream of being lost at sea, he survives the tormenting winter by breaking into empty vacation homes, only to eventually discover that his dream is more real than he’d ever imagined. Starring Rami Malek (Mr. Robot, Need for Speed) in the lead alongside supporting cast that includes DJ Qualls (Road Trip, The New Guy), Kate Lyn Sheil (You’re Next, Equals), and Lin Shaye (Insidious, A Nightmare on Elm Street).

Written by newcomer Stephanie Fabrizi, this is the first feature from director April Mullen. Below Her Mouth is a “bold, uninhibited” drama revolving around a passionate weekend affair between two women. Though initially sharing a powerful and intimate connection, the relationship ultimately ends up derailing both of their lives.
