Erik von Detten faces elder abuse and fraud lawsuit over gold coins

According to Variety, a lawsuit alleging elder abuse and fraud has been brought against former Disney actor Erik von Detten, who starred in “The Princess Diaries” and “Brink!”, after an elderly couple accused him of convincing them to spend more than $2 million of their retirement funds on overpriced gold coins.
