beehiiv Expands Integrations With Meta, HubSpot, WordPress and Grok

beehiiv states that a newsletter does not live on an island and connects seamlessly to the tools publishers already use. The company is adding Meta and HubSpot integrations, a WordPress integration, a Grok connector, more flexible ads, and sending and API upgrades. Two of the most-requested integrations are now open for early access.

The Meta integration uses the Meta Conversions API to send sign-up events from beehiiv servers back to Meta. Publishers using the Meta pixel for ad tracking can now see which ads actually drive growth. When testing three Instagram ad creatives, publishers can connect a Pixel ID to see clicks and, with the new connection, see which ads drive sign-ups even when browser tracking falls short.

The native HubSpot integration syncs CRM contacts straight into beehiiv so the list stays up to date without extra workflows. When someone opts into marketing on a HubSpot webinar form, that contact can automatically land on the correct beehiiv list.

Meta and HubSpot integrations are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. beehiiv is kicking off beta access with a small group of users and spots are limited.

The beehiiv WordPress plugin lets publishers publish posts straight to their newsletter without leaving WordPress. They can also add beehiiv signup forms to any page, turning more website visitors into subscribers. Write it once and reach readers on the website or in their inbox.

WordPress is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Two weeks ago, publishers had made 6 million requests to beehiiv from AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT/Codex. Today the total exceeds 8 million. Grok users can now connect via the official Grok connector.

Through the connector, publishers can ask Grok to identify their most engaged readers, analyze growth trends, suggest ways to improve, or build a welcome automation.

This year alone beehiiv added integrations with ManyChat, LinkedIn and Linktree. One workflow creators are using connects beehiiv and ManyChat: a free digital product is created on beehiiv, promoted on Instagram where followers are asked to comment something specific like PLAN, ManyChat DMs each commenter the plan and requests an email, and every reply lands in beehiiv as a new subscriber. With Linktree, subscribers can be collected from a link-in-bio, and integrations such as Facebook Lead Ads and Typeform can turn leads into subscribers automatically.

beehiiv can send key updates to Slack so teams stay informed without checking another dashboard. Publishers can connect additional tools through Zapier and Make.

Publishers can now add their own introduction to any Ad Network ad before the sponsor message appears. Lovable and Alaska Airlines have joined the Ad Network. The company states that it brings the brands and handles the contracts so publishers do not need a sales team, a media kit, or a pitch email.

Unified sender settings let publishers set a sender name, from address, reply-to and custom headers once, then customize them for individual lists, posts or templates. A daily and a weekly newsletter can therefore appear under separate names, and guest issues can be sent under a guest writer’s name.

Publication-specific API keys restrict third-party access to a single publication’s content, including newsletter, website, community and podcast, rather than unlocking every publication in the workspace. Developers or agencies can build on beehiiv without needing login credentials for the entire account.

Unified sender settings and publication-specific API keys are available on all paid plans.
