Defining the word adorable: David Harbour and new wife Lily Allen
David Harbour and Lily Allen recently saw rumors floating about that they had become engaged. The two never acknowledged the rumors, despite Allen having a new sparkly ring on her left hand, and a report from a week ago the two had registered for a marriage license recently.
However, the couple has kept quiet no more – the two went to social media in order to let the world know they had a classic Las Vegas wedding, with an Elvis Presley impersonator and all.
Too cute
This is one of the three images Lily Allen posted to her personal Instagram account and it is the cutest darn thing we’ve seen all week. The couple is clearly extremely happy and are having a lovely time with their extremely small ceremony.
A wedding and a reception
It appears that besides Harbour and Allen the only other people who attended the wedding were the officiator and Allen’s two daughters. A small affair, but clearly everyone had a grand time.
Even cuter is the fact that the “reception” was a trip to In-n-Out for some burgers. Honestly, we’re wondering if we should put this one in our wedding ideas scrapbook. A low-key affair with the people you love and the burgers you like – it’s hard to go wrong with that.
Also, Harbour’s Instagram caption is so sweet we think we may have a cavity.
A bride and her burger
We love how relatable and real this image is. Allen looks lovely in her classic style Dior wedding dress and genuinely seems to be enjoying her hamburger – so much so that we’re starting to feel a craving coming on.
Katy Perry’s reply to the photo saying “my love language” really is just the pickle on top of the burger for this.
Okay, we already mentioned it, but this double-breasted & belted above the knee dress paired with a long veil and cute updo is seriously a look and we can’t get enough of it. We hope she shares more wedding pictures soon so we can see more of it.
A happy couple
You can’t even see David Harbour’s face and yet somehow we can tell he’s grinning happily. The dark smoky clouds above may create a vaguely ominous atmosphere, but these two are so delightfully joyous that somehow you barely notice the slightly apocalyptic sky.
