There’s no denying it – we all want to look our best at all times. We buy nice clothes, try to look sharp, take good care of our skin, hair and bodies. That doesn’t sound too hard now, does it? Still, it can make all the difference.

It could be considered a part of safety measures, but it’s so important it deserves a separate paragraph. When it comes to sunbathing for a natural tan, patience is key. Start with short sessions of sun exposure and gradually increase the time as your skin adjusts. This approach minimizes the risk of sunburn and other, more serious, complications.
