Top Mexican restaurant ‘Quieres TacosWay’ has found its way into the hearts of people

Gabriel Barajas, its owner, has expanded from one outlet to four within a short period.

Gabriel says that a restaurant’s success depends on how its preparations catch the fancy of the customers. If your food is good, no one in this world can stop you from achieving your dreams and fancies. He has tasted success but after going through a lot of challenging times which taught him how to face tough times with open arms. If one is focused on their goals, nothing in this whole wide world can stop you from achieving your dreams. There is no shortcut to success, and one has to go through difficult times to see the brighter side and achieve success.

Gabriel’s family migrated from San Fernando to Concecion De Buenos Aires in Jalisco, Mexico, and later decided to relocate back to where they belonged. To build a new life from scratch was tough, but Gabriel’s father was a tough nut and with his guts established a furniture showroom that picked up momentum right from the word go. The positive response encouraged them to open a second outlet that fell flat on its feet. He was unable to understand what went wrong. There were difficult times and he had to take care of his family by providing for them and this led him to establish a Hotdog selling outlet. His food business started picking up, paving the way for a restaurant which he named ‘Quieres TacosWay’. The restaurant was not picking up momentum, and he tried every trick in the book to get it noticed. Slogging off for long hours to get the restaurant pickup pace was also not doing any good. That’s when his friend suggested capitalizing on social media to get the brand known across a wide customer base. Gabriel even came out with a theme song backed by a music video to create a better impact. This started to increase its online followers and soon his restaurant was back in business.

Today, he has expanded to a total of four restaurants, and one can spot a long line of food lovers outside every outlet waiting to grab their favourite Mexican food.
