Blossoms By The Park is located on the area where Slim Barracks Rise had stood (Parcel A), which was sold as part of the October 2021 Government Land Sales (GLS). At a price of S$320.1 million, the land would cost around S$1,245.7 psf (based on a ratio of floor area to land area).
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has classified the residential plot for commercial use on the ground level, so shoppers and diners may set up shop just below their new homes.
The new apartment is located inside one-north, giving it an ideal location for individuals who work in the central business district of the technology industry.

The Hill @ One-North
The Hill @ One-North, perched atop Slim Barracks Rise, is fewer than a hundred metres from Blossoms By The Park (Parcel B). Concurrently with the sale of the building, the land around it fetched S$162.4 million (or S$1,210.1 psf ppr).
The apartment, like many others, will contain shops and restaurants on the ground level.
This construction is smaller than the larger Buona Vista MRT (but closer to one-north MRT) and has an estimated 142 apartments.

One Pearl Bank
The historic One Pearl Bank Apartments building will make way for the new One Pearl Bank. It’s good to note that the architects paid respect to the original condo building.
Despite its nostalgic appeal, this flat is also great for ecotourists since it is within a two-minute stroll from Pearl’s Hill City Park.
