Christine and the Queens tour sells out in December

Christine and the Queens releases the new bilingual single titled “Rendez-vous avec toi” in French and “Rendez-vous in your arms” in English. The single is accompanied by a thrilling dance-based music video choreographed by Alexander Ekman and shot in Paris. The video was co-directed by Christine and the Queens together with Raphaël De Albuquerque, delivering a dynamic visual that highlights the track's energetic movement and Parisian setting.

This song serves as the first taste of an upcoming album due next spring. It rides an uptempo organic disco groove that refuses to let listeners sit still. The track is exultant and luminous, centering on themes of giving in to desire and tenderness as night brings separated lovers back together.

The single opens a cosmic sensory new era announced alongside a series of sold-out intimate shows in Paris, London, Amsterdam and Brussels. Performed with a full band, the concerts will feature cult classics alongside unreleased songs from the next album to prepare audiences for a larger full-scale return. Tickets for every date have sold out completely.

Chris shares thoughts on the upcoming connection with fans: “The shows with my audience are the highlights of my life. My musicians, Vincent Taeger, Vincent Taurelle, Adrian Edeline and Karl Onibuje, and I knew we had to reunite with our audience before anything else, in more intimate venues, for a true moment of music played live, felt and shared. We will revisit a repertoire that made us grow together, and give a first listen to unreleased songs from the next album. We revisit, we reinterpret, we remember, and we transcend.” The artist further describes anticipation and shared dreaming, noting a rendezvous obsessed over since morning, arriving starred with music from New York jazz and Moroder groove influences, and inviting collective dreams of the blue flower and peace from a signal pinging from another planet.

The December tour dates, all sold out, include December 1 in Brussels, BE at Botanique; December 7 in London, UK at Scala; December 8 in Amsterdam, NL at Tolhuistuin; and December 10 in Paris, FR at Alhambra.

Christine and the Queens is a boundary-pushing French artist whose genre-defying work fuses music, theater and dance with radical honesty and constant reinvention. Each release functions as a manifesto, from the acclaimed Catching Feelings EP with Cerrone to Hopecore (2024), a ferocious self-produced exploration of desire, and 2023’s operatic PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE co-produced with Mike Dean and featuring Madonna and 070 Shake. Earlier projects range from Redcar les adorables étoiles to Chaleur Humaine, which sold over 1.4 million copies worldwide. The catalog reflects artistic freedom and ongoing evolution. Renowned for magnetic and uncompromising live performances, Christine and the Queens transforms every stage into a singular experience where music, theater and dance collide.
