‘Red Bird’ movie lands CIS deal at Tokyo market

According to Variety, international buyers at the Tokyo International Film Festival’s TIFFCOM market have access to both a French action film and an American indie romance.

Cappu Films sold “Red Bird” to Kinologistika LLC for distribution in the CIS region covering Russia and other former Soviet states. The outfit has also taken on international sales for “Step Back, Doors Closing.”
