BET renews ‘ComicView: Rooftop Series’ for season 2

Variety reports exclusively that BET has renewed its ComicView reboot for a second season.

An order has gone out for twenty further episodes of the stand-up show revived last June under the ComicView: Rooftop Series banner.

The show will have Chris “CP” Powell back as host while 60 comedians take the stage on a Hollywood rooftop.
