Mohamed Kordofani targets wider audiences with Sudanese period drama ‘About Love & September Laws’

Variety reports that Sudanese filmmaker Mohamed Kordofani has attracted a raft of partners for his follow-up feature, a period drama titled “About Love & September Laws.”

The project comes after his debut “Goodbye Julia” premiered in Cannes’ Un Certain Regard sidebar.

Kordofani will present the film at Rome’s MIA Market, running October 19-23, with the goal of reaching wider audiences.

It is produced by Klozium Studios.
