Douglas Mackinnon preps Edinburgh paramedic drama ‘BurnTime’ at new outfit

According to Variety, Douglas Mackinnon, director of Line of Duty and Good Omens, is preparing an Edinburgh-set paramedic drama called BurnTime.

The project belongs to a growing slate at Mackinnon's recently launched production company Rugged Island Films.

Mackinnon will present the series in the Drama Co-Production Forum at Rome’s MIA Market, which runs Oct. 19 – 23, according to Variety.
