Women’s Soccer World Cup (Australia/New Zealand)

Women’s soccer continues to thrive, as was evident during the European Championship this year. Record numbers came out to watch the tournament, and they were not disappointed as the standard was very high.

Next year, Australia and New Zealand will host the Women’s World Cup. The likes of Brazil, Canada and the USA will join the leading European teams in this summer, as they bid to lift the trophy.

England have been one of the stars of the recent European Championship. They are now -138 in the women’s Euros odds for the tournament they host. The Lionesses will be hoping to carry their form in the World Cup in 2023.

The hosts are popular in the women’s Euros tips for the final. With the likes of Beth Mead and Lucy Bronze in their squad, they could be set to have a lot of success in international football over the next few years, including in Australia and New Zealand next year at the World Cup.

Cricket World Cup (India)

The Cricket World Cup is the most prestigious international tournament in cricket. It takes place every four years, and in 2023 it will be hosted by India. In what will be the 13th edition of the 50-overs event, it comes at the back end of the year in October and November.

England are the defending champions, after they won the competition for the first time in 2019 courtesy of a Super Over against New Zealand at Lord’s. They will face strong competition from the likes of Australia, India, Pakistan and New Zealand as they look to defend their trophy.

There will be a total of 48 matches to choose from at the tournament. The opening stage of the competition is a round-robin, with the top two teams advancing through to the semi-finals.

The Super Bowl is considered “the greatest show on turf”. If you are lucky enough to get a ticket for the game in February 2023, you will see the AFC winners take on the NFC champions at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Even if you can’t get a ticket for the game, being around the host city for a Super Bowl can be great fun. Lots of NFL fans flock to enjoy the celebrations and events which tend to take place in the week ahead of the contest.

The last time the state of Arizona hosted a Super Bowl was in 2015. It was a thrilling game which went right down to the last few seconds, as the New England Patriots beat Seattle Seahawks 28-24.
