Has the net worth of the BTS members risen much after a very successful 2020? Check out just how much money all the boys have made so far here.

How has 2020 boosted BTS’s net worth? See how rich each member is

It’s no secret that BTS is one of the biggest names in music currently. With booming success in 2020, a recent show-stopping performance on MTV Unplugged, and merch like BTS earbuds flying off the shelf, it’ll be no surprise if the members become some of the richest musicians of all time. But just how rich are they? Here’s everything we know about their net worths.

Jungkook

BTS’s Jungkook’s net worth became the subject of discussion when he recently bought a $7 million house in Itaewon, Korea. The house is a detached two-story mansion with a floor space of 230.74 square meters. This recent spending spree shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, as the group recently received their first ever Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 track with “Dynamite” and a subsequent Grammy nom.

If this transaction wasn’t enough of a revenue spring, Jungkook also sold his apartment at the Seoul Forest Trimage in Seoul for 2.5 billion won. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Jungkook’s net worth hangs around $20 million. This could be attributed to the fact that BTS recently went on a music tour that raked in $170 million, and gave the members $7 million each. Not a bad payday, if you ask us!

Suga

According to Seventeen Magazine, BTS’s Suga also boasts a net worth of $20 million. This could be due to the fact that he has composed music outside of the band, including work for artists like Suran and Lee So-ra. His writing credit comes out to a whopping seventy songs, especially as he is only twenty-seven years old!

J-Hope

According to Celebrity Net Worth, BTS’s J-Hope is also worth $20 million, (we’re starting to see a trend here!) J-Hope has done some recording of his own, such as the mixtape Hope World which came to #1 on the US World chart in 2018, but chances are a majority of his earnings come from being in BTS.

Kim Taehyung, or V

According to Seventeen Magazine, BTS’s Kim Taehyung boasts a net worth of $8 million. This sum is largely due to his work in BTS, but could also be attributed to his blossoming acting career. Taehyung has worked in the historical drama titled: Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, as well as starring in some short films.

Jin

BTS’s Jin’s net worth exists around $20 million, just like a lot of the other band members, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Jin doesn’t do much outside of BTS – but his work with the massively popular band seems to be enough to give him a comfortable payday, to say the least.

Jimin

BTS’s Jimin’s net worth tells a similar story to Jin’s. At $20 million, the musician’s net worth doesn’t seem to be from much else than BTS, but, as each member holds an equal stake in the band – that fact doesn’t seem to matter too much!

RM

RM is technically the leader of BTS, and that sure doesn’t hurt his net worth. The musician has $20 million in the bank, and he isn’t afraid of spending it. He recently bought an apartment in the exclusive complex Hannam-dong, Seoul, according to AllKPop. The apartment was $4 million, and he paid for the whole thing up front in cash. (Goals much?!)

In addition to being in BTS, RM also makes his money writing songs for other musicians, according to Seventeen. He has over 130 songwriting credits, including one track for the movie Fantastic Four

Each member of BTS has a net worth big enough to make your eyes pop and your jaw drop, and it doesn’t look like their revenue is slowing down any time soon. Make sure to keep up with the latest BTS news to watch their net worth climb in real time.
