‘Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist’: Dance ’till you drop with these fun episodes

The best Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist episodes are considered “the best” because they have awesome songs, dance numbers, and plot lines. The cast of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist is obviously extremely talented because otherwise they wouldn’t have been selected to be in such a musically inclined TV series.

Other popular musical TV shows comparable to what we see in Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist episodes include Glee, Soundtrack, and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Jane Levy leads the way in each wildly fun Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist episode as Zoey Clarke. There’s also Skyler Astin, Alex Newell, and Felix Mallard in leading roles. These are some of the best episodes they’ve given us so far.

Season 1, episode 1

The pilot episode of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist includes the song “Help!” by the Beatles, adding to the classic brilliance of this TV series. Beatles songs are known for being generally beloved across-the-board by anyone who listens. There’s something so universal & lovable about a song that came from any Beatles soundtrack. They covered this song in the very first episode of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.

Season 1, episode 12

Season 1, episode 12 is actually the season finale of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, and they did a great job bringing the season to a thoughtful conclusion. One of the best moments in this episode is when the song “Jealous” by Nick Jonas is covered since this song is beyond relatable to plenty of people who have been in relationships.

Dating someone can be a little tricky when you’re concerned about them possibly losing interest in finding someone else.

Season 1, episode 9

Season 1, episode 9 is another Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist episode that’s undoubtedly worth watching for many reasons. One of those reasons would have to be the cover of “Buttons” by The Pussycat Dolls. The song is a great reminder of the girl band who made a name for itself in the early 2000s. We’ve got a lot of respect for the show writers for incorporating this catchy bop into the script.

Season 2, episode 5

In season 2, episode 5, Zoey links up with her neighbor Aiden, someone she’s known for years. They decide to push the boundaries and act out in rebellious ways for fun. One of the highlights of this episode is the performance of the song “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield, a song that was made popular as the intro to the popular MTV reality TV show The Hills starring Lauren Conrad.

Season 2, episode 10

In the tenth episode of the second season, Zoey attempts to help Emily with a major issue without realizing how troublesome it’s actually going to be. In this episode, David performs the song “Make You Feel My Love” originally performed by Bob Dylan. This song has been covered by Adele & Lea Michele over the years since it is an absolute classic.

Season 2, episode 2

In the second episode of the second season, Zoey does her best to get some alone time with Max but in every instance, her plans get interrupted. The frustration is a bit too much to bear but it’s all made worthwhile when they are able to sing a song “A Moment Like This“ originally performed by none other than Kelly Clarkson when she won American Idol back in 2004.

As season 2 of the show is quickly coming to an end, fans are more excited than ever to find out details about season 3. Since it’s been doing so well, it is to be assumed that season three is on its way filled with more music to sing along to. More wonderful songs means more top notch  Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist episodes.
