What movies to watch during the quarantine
There are no weekend getaways, flights are mostly grounded, many of us can’t even go outside to enjoy the nicer weather – but at least we still have plenty of movies to watch from home.
There are several things we can do from home, play no deposit bingo, explore our favorite games, or get into some of our best movies. These are a few of our favorite movies right now.

The Shawshank Redemption
Besides being decades old, this movie featuring Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins still manage to inspire people every day. What few people knew is that the story is based on a short story by the master of horror himself – Stephen King. The short story was called Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption.
The story itself finds two men in prison, discusses and explores their bond as they spend years in prison and how being together offers some solace in a time that would otherwise break them.
Inception is hands down one of the most epic sci-fi films ever created and it is both written and directed by Christopher Nolan. The CGI and the visuals are truly remarkable, but the performances by actors such as Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Leonardo DiCaprio are even more amazing.
The story itself revolves around a professional thief who manages to heist corporate secrets by entering into the subconscious of his targets. However, when he is asked to do the opposite (meaning he needs to plant certain ideas in someone’s head) the story takes a turn.
The Dark Knight
We would love to argue with people, but there is no arguing that The Dark Knight is the best Batman movie of all time. It also changed the entire Batman viewing experience together. While Christian Bale certainly plays his role perfectly, the vast majority of the credit needs to go to Heath Ledger.
He plays the Joker in an absolutely amazing performance. As one of the best villains in the superhero universe he truly captures every scene that he is in. Even though Heath Ledger, unfortunately, passed away, the performance he gave as the Joker here was truly one that will be memorable forever.
This may hit a little too close to home for some, but this 2011 Steven Soderbergh movie is certainly worth another watch. The movie is incredibly well-researched despite the fact that it is a work of fiction.
It can show us just how important social distancing can be during a time like this. Even though the virus shown in the movie is far more lethal than COVID-19 that we are dealing with, there are still many things to take away from this movie.
If you haven’t seen Star Wars yet (and we mean any or all of them) now would be the time to get lost in the space opera that has captivated so many people around the world. Find out for yourself why this is still considered to be one of the most iconic movies of all time.
Even though the original trilogy looks a bit dated nowadays, you still get the feeling that you are watching a true epic that you simply have to finish.
