Is ‘Gotham Knights’ the best videogame of 2022?
Who doesn’t love a good Batman video? Between the excellent Arkham series and The Telltale Series, there’s a plethora of options to dive into if you want to be the Dark Knight yourself. The upcoming 2022 game, Gotham Knights, is more focused on, well, Gotham without Batman. In the game, Bruce Wayne “dies” (we don’t believe that for a hot second), meaning that Batman is gone from Gotham.
It’s up to the Gotham Knights: Nightwing (Dick Grayson), Batgirl (Barbara Gordon), Red Hood (Jason Todd), and Robin (Tim Drake) to handle the surge in crime that’s sure to come with the death of the Caped Crusader. Gotham Knights is slated for a 2022 release, but fans have been pretty hyped based on what we’ve seen of the trailer and gameplay.
