Anne Hathaway is the queen of cinema, and the movies she’s starred in for the last two decades totally prove that. Anne Hathaway movies have such range, meaning viewers of all ages can find something they will enjoy. 

It should be no surprise at all that Anne Hathaway has won plenty of awards including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, a Critics Choice Movie Award, a Primetime Emmy award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. Nothing can hold Hathaway back.

The Princess Diaries (2001)

The movie is about a teenage girl who discovers she comes from a royal bloodline on her father’s side. When her grandmother comes to visit her, her entire life is turned upside down. She has to decide whether she wants to live our normal life as a high school student or inherit the throne.

Ella Enchanted is a 2004 Anne Hathaway movie about Cinderella – with a twist. A teenage girl named Ella is growing up in a cruel household with an evil stepmother and two evil stepsisters. She’s been cursed to always be obedient so no matter what she does, she has to listen to what other people tell her to do. She decides to go on a mission to break the obedience curse in order to become an independent woman.

In this movie, Anne Hathaway plays the role of a young woman trying to climb the ladder in the fashion industry.
